Dennis Liu is the founder of SECBLOK, where he builds Belay, an open-source runtime guardrail that sits between AI coding agents and your shell. He holds the OSCP and CRTO, and spent years in penetration testing and red teaming before moving into AI agent development and LLM security.

This talk examines real blind spots discovered while building an agent guardrail, along with the false-positive problem and practical techniques for measuring whether security enforcement actually works.
